Review and sort mail and email, identifying actions required and taking action wehre appropriate.
Record keeping including developing and maintaining a well organized file system that permits easy reference and retrieval of information
Processing invoices, expenses, reimbursements as well as ordering office supplies and making travel arrangements and itinerary management.
Set up and maintain various reports, running reports in Sales Force and forecasting as well as report consolidation and preparation in various formats.
Take customer calls and action accordingly.
Coordinate meetings and conferece calls.
Meeting preparation including, agendas, room preparation, equipment, etc.
Reviewing presentations, proof reading and verifying 100% accuracy.
Look after fuel reconiliation for division.
Other duties as required.
Will maintain high level of professionalism in dealing with all internal and external customers.
Will ensure that all materials and discussion remain confidential.

Post secondary education or equivalent work experience
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Prior SAP experience would be an asset
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work with little supevision
Well developed problem solving skills
Ability and disposition to take initiative
