ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
NorthShore Homes is seeking an experienced Office Administrator. Reporting to the
Owner, the Office Administrator will play an integral role in the growth, customer service
and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will have the
opportunity to establish and maintain systems and procedures for effective day-to-day
administration and will provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to clients,
contractors and partners.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from clients, partners and contractors ensuring

friendly, knowledgeable and prompt service

  • Regular bookkeeping on Quikbooks, and support the Owner with daily workflow including managing meetings, writing memos/reports/agendas and ensuring project deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Establish and maintain systems and procedures to ensure the office is well

organized, functional and presentable

  • Support project deliverables by assisting with the scheduling of contractors, sub-contractors and labourers and by creating and maintaining spreadsheets reflecting budgets, timelines and project plans
  • Market project builds to prospective clients through online marketing as well as

preparing and delivering in-person sales presentations to clients

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or Office Administration
  • Minimum five years’ experience in an Office Admin or similar role, and Quikbooks
  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Resourceful, creative and keen at problem-solving and learning new things
  • Customer-service oriented; friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Committed to privacy and confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to travel between various work locations when necessary

Primary Location: Vineland, Ontario
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour
