Position Description
Reporting to the President/CEO, you will oversee the day to day operations of DHC and be responsible for overall team leadership, financial oversight, marketing and safety/regulatory compliance. You will also work closely with and provide support to the President/CEO on strategy, business planning, direction and the collaborative evolution of your role.

Team & Community:

  • Provide leadership and direction by engaging and empowering a dedicated team
  • Manage, mentor, coach and develop department leads and staff
  • Maintain an emphasis on a safety culture and first-class customer service
  • Oversee OH&S functions
  • Act as an ambassador of the company with employees, customers and the community

Finance & Operations:

  • Overall financial management of the company
  • Oversee strategy, secure sustainable growth and drive profitability
  • Ensure appropriate tracking and reporting tools are in place to monitor results with the view of

continually improving operations

  • Responsibility for maintaining and managing the safety, profitability and reputation of the


  • Strong focus on improving productivity and efficiency throughout the Company
  • Optimize and improve the business’s market share

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Degree in business or relevant field
  • 10+ years of senior level management
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and in oral presentation
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to develop business plans as well as manage KPIs, OKR's and/or similar tools
