We’re currently searching for an experienced Business Analyst to document the business requirements of an operation which will lead to the implementation of a new financial system. The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial, commercial even retail sector as a Business Analyst. You will be meeting with divisional business teams and leaders to identify, discuss and document key business processes and integrations. Subsequent duties include analyzing existing processes, interviewing staff, gathering data, identify current challenges and opportunities for improvement. The outcome of this work will lead to the implementation of the new financial system. Experience with overseeing an implementation would be highly desirable but not mandatory.
General duties include:
· Facilitate the collaboration with various stakeholders, business leaders & owners to gather and document business requirements which will include, current business processes and integrations
· Identify and collect current challenges and gaps by business group and capture process improvements that will improve productivity and or costs
· Receive sign-off from each business unit that process documents have been captured accurately
· Strong and effective communication across teams and leadership
· Provide project status updates and presentations to management
· Develop detailed process flow that reflects all business processes and integrations

· Strong analytical, detail oriented, and organized approach to work
· Effective time manager with the proven ability to manage multiple priority projects
· Strong investigative, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical staff
· Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
· Self starter and able to work more independently
· This position location will be a mix of working remotely and some office sessions
· Project Management ability would be a nice to have

Salary: $35.30-$40.00 per hour
