REAL ESTATE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO JJ Realty

OVERVIEW:
The Real Estate Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and customer service
support to Justin and Jason; coordinating listings and contracts; and coordinating sales, marketing,
and events. The position requires being passionate about building, implementing, and managing
multiple systems with the help of technology to contribute to the productivity, growth, and efficiency of
her business. The person is deeply committed to completing tasks with attention to detail, in order to
provide quality results and contribute positively to the overall client experience. Marketing, social
media and photography skills are considered an asset.

THE REAL ESTATE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT:
 Carries out general administrative duties
 Receives, coordinates, and directs all incoming communications, responding and following up as
necessary
 Updates and maintains all client and data systems, producing regular reports
 Coordinates all customer presentation packages, mailings, website, social media, and other
marketing items
 Arranges logistics for meetings, appointments, and special events. Runs errands, may work some
irregular hours
 Sources, purchases, and maintains promotional items, listing and closing supplies, and office
supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 A demonstrated ability to work with and learn new technology and software

 Preference given to having a university degree or post-secondary diploma
 Valid New Brunswick Driver’s License
 Degree or diploma in Marketing or Communications would be awesome, but not necessary.
SALARY/COMPENSATION:
 $30,000 (paid bi-weekly)
 Plus, bonus structure and referral commission
HOURS:
 37.5/week (some irregular hours may be required)

Salary: $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
