MONEXgroup is seeking a Business Development Manager in Toronto, ON.

About MONEXgroup:

Established in 2001, MONEXgroup is a privately owned leading national independent Payment Processing provider located in North York, ON directly on the subway line and close to the 401. MONEXgroup offers various payment processing platforms including e-Commerce, integrated solutions, countertop terminals, wireless & mobile solutions, virtual terminals, unattended systems, mobile checkouts and contactless only.


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for exploring and acquiring new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be a high energy sales leader who can lead by example. We are seeking candidates with a strong analytical background focusing on KPI’s. Preferably candidates will bring experience targeting medium sized businesses nationally. This is a strategic leadership role with an ultimate goal of increasing new business.


  • Strategically lead a team of Sales Representatives
  • Develop and implement a business plan providing weekly, monthly and quarterly updates
  • Work closely with individual Sales Representatives for training and development
  • Closely follow industry trends and adjust plan accordingly
  • Review KPI’s with management and develop action plans
  • Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with the sales team
  • Review and report monthly P&L’s
  • Collaborate and work closely with the Marketing Department


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Highly analytical with a focus on KPI’s
  • High energy, polished and organized business professional with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Industry experience is not a specific requirement
