Under the supervision of the Technical Services Manager, the incumbent organizes, plans and controls maintenance works.. He is responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance and upkeep of equipment and machinery related to building mechanics.
Maintain mechanical and electrical rooms, workshops, warehouses and other premises of his department;
Perform repairs of any kind; electricity, mechanics and plumbing;
Upkeep the inventory;
Perform required operations of calibration, adjustment, modification and programming of various systems;
Supervise subcontractors or external suppliers;
Ensure the proper functioning of the various systems (HVAC, geothermal, refrigeration, etc.);
Regularly inspect generators, air exchangers, air and water filters, etc .;
Ensure the monitoring of informatical systems and the operating conditions of various electromechanical systems;
Develop a preventive maintenance system for various electromechanical systems, ensure that it is put into service and its efficiency;
Perform the required operations tests;
Make recommendations for different major or minor works;
Perform any other related duties..
This job requires driving a vehicle.
Diploma in Industrial Maintenance Technology or Electromechanical Technology;
Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset;
4 years of practical experience in various repairs (electrical, plumbing and industrial mechanic);
Sense of organization and attention to detail;
Willing to work on a variable schedule (day, evening and weekend).
