We're looking for an enthusiastic Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team.
In this role, you'll support all of our content creation efforts—from writing blogs and scheduling social posts, to helping us craft copy for ads, press releases, and more. Your mission (should you choose to accept it): help us craft creative, engaging content that helps get Loopio discovered by our ideal buyers at every stage of the sales funnel.
You'll report into our Content Marketing Manager and work with them to execute a content strategy that drives results—but also ties into our marketing team's larger goals.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support all of our content production efforts—from keeping our blog regularly updated to creating messaging for campaigns, emails, our website, PR initiatives, and lots more.
Help maintain the voice of Loopio across all of our paid and owned channels
Manage and monitor our organic social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Run with content collaboration opportunities, and help us build out new distribution channels for our content
Support our SEO research and optimization efforts
Learn how to track, analyze, and report on key metrics associated with our content marketing success, like web traffic, conversions, SERP rankings, social engagement rates, etc.
What You'll Bring To The Role:
You have 1+ years of experience crafting clear and concise copy that teaches, educates, and delights. You love writing and copyediting—and you've got published portfolio pieces that prove it. (Bonus points if you've created content for multiple channels and formats, like video, social, quizzes, etc.)
You're comfortable creating content from start to finish. You like every stage of the content production process: from writing the first draft and choosing visuals, to posting it in a Content Management System (like Wordpress) and promoting it on social media. You'd be excited to publish content on a consistent basis while juggling other projects and responsibilities.
You have experience using social media creatively to promote your content, build a community, and extend your company's brand. (Experience with social media management tools like Buffer or Hootsuite is a bonus, but not a requirement.)
You have an eye for good design and experience working with graphic designers to create visuals that support your content's messaging. (If you have some basic image editing skills using tools like Photoshop or Canva, even better!)
You're eager to learn about SEO and other content metrics. You might already understand a bit about keyword research and web analytics. But you'd like to use data more and sharpen your skills with support from an experienced team. (If you've already got some of these basics down, you'll be ahead of the competition.)
You're passionate about B2B audiences and technology. You like the idea of writing helpful content for a professional audience, and want to learn more about the marketing funnel. Plus, you pick up new digital tools quickly and have a knack for breaking down complex concepts or solutions for others.
