What We’re Looking For
The Senior Manager, Business Operations is responsible for creation and execution of an integrated Business Operations plan to drive SOTI’s strategic growth. To drive continual improvements to the Business Process, Systems and Tools available to the organization as required to drive the success of our high-growth business.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Business Operations this multi-disciplinary role calls for a commercially savvy person that is equal parts: business strategist, change agent, and cross-functional collaborator. They will partner across all areas of the business including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Services, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure improved commercial performance in alignment with corporate strategy.

What You’ll Do
Lead execution of governance model ensuring all monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and measurement milestones are achieved.
Provide input to the annual and quarterly target setting and regional territory planning process.
Develop strategic directives for business growth and profitability related to commercial offerings in alignment with corporate goals.
Lead all aspects of developing a commercial framework for new product introduction and launch.
Provide insights and analysis across marketing, sales and lead generation to design programs and tools to increase prospect conversion, new customer acquisition, increase customer retention and to improve sales efficiency
Own the weekly Drive Plans, and drive continued focus on key areas to ensure the organization delivers to target.
Devise programs and leverage tools to improve pipeline management and drive accurate forecasting.
Act as point of escalation for all commercial and contractual requests within region.
Manage ASP and gross margin uplift across all product lines and regions in alignment with strategy.
Drive continuous improvements of sales tools and process and input to roadmap for future integration with Salesforce.com.
Execute effective change management across all functions of the organization to support the implementation of changes to sales process, systems and tools.
Experience You’ll Bring
5-10 years Sales Operations or Business Operations experience within a commercial tech industry including business planning, forecasting, management of sales tools and process.
Proven ability to develop structured plans, actions and metrics to manage sales execution and performance.
Experienced in a dynamic sales and marketing environment with cross-regional exposure.
Previous experience of (S&OP) Sales & Operations Planning or (IBP) Integrated Business Planning methodology.
Experienced change leader; understanding trends for future enterprise needs and steps necessary to lead change in that environment.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.
Experienced working with Senior Management to CEO level, ability to build sustainable relationships across all levels of the business and cultivate positive working relationships with organizational stakeholders.
Leadership/ people management skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and can manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com, BI, and Excel, along with demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking and analytical capabilities,
Strong, collaborative leader and self-starter that thrives in the face of challenge and is relentless in clearing obstacles with a resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving.
