REPORTS TO: LEAD, IT – SERVICE DELIVERY
LOCATION: 10 Four Seasons Place Etobicoke Ontario

Position Summary

The “IT Service Delivery Analyst” Network and Infrastructure (General description of responsibilities)

Responsibilities:
Escalation Point for all Network Issues and activities
Handling special Requests for Servers & Network
Network Support – Switches, routers, Access Points.
Network Hardware configurations (routers, switches, AP’s, etc)
Administrate MLPS and Network / Wifi
Support for P1 and P2 issues related to Network, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
Managing Network and Telecommunication issues, replacements, improvements
Managing Network and Telecommunication Vendors
Projects Ongoing
Consultant for It related IT issues that involved Telecommunications and Network.
Technical assistance related to Telecommunications, Network and Infrastructure.
Process development
Network Support – Switches, routers, Access Points.
Daily Canada Operations Follow up
