The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a Part-Time Receptionist for a 10-month contract for its Vernon Hyundai dealership. We are looking for a talented, passionate employee who will enjoy working in a family environment and has a proven record of excellence.
As the successful applicant, you will:
- Greets persons entering the dealership
- Responds to e-mail and in-person inquiries from customers, business partners and other parties
- Answers and qualifies all telephone calls that come through the switchboard
- Refers all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions or departments
- Takes and records detailed telephone, e-mail or written messages for staff members
- Organizes, maintains and coordinates office records and files in their proper locations
- Assist with Marketing (Social Media) initiatives within the dealership
- Where necessary, assists in compiling data for various reports
- Provides information to staff and/or customers about special activities
- Administers and manages inbound/outbound mail, including priority post packages, courier services and other correspondence
- Accepts and monitors inbound shipments as necessary
- General administrative and clerical support
- Updates and distributes the dealership telephone directory as necessary
- Prepares letters and documents
- Operates office machines such as photocopiers, scanners, fax machines and computers
- Maintains reception in an organized professional manner
- Other duties as required
