Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Manager, Digital Marketing plans, executes, analyzes and optimizes digital strategies. This position will have the ability to function at a digital/technical and strategic level. Responsible for growth, engagement and management of all digital channels, including social media, website initiatives, SEO, email marketing, digital signage, online catalogue and involvement in ecommerce strategy execution.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, designed to increase brand awareness, ensure customer loyalty, attract new customers and deliver exceptional customer experience through digital channels.
Develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns, with responsibilities encompassing everything from content marketing to campaign development to analytics and required testing.
Lead digital marketing initiatives in support of the promotional calendar including email campaigns and digital advertising. Ability to both think creatively around the high-level creation and formation of new digital marketing strategies and be hands on delivering the tactical aspects of executing these strategies.
Track, measure and analyze data to produce actionable reports that gauge effectiveness of all digital marketing activities.
Keep up with current digital marketing trends, best practices, technologies and opportunities.
Manage and lead a team responsible for the execution, measurement and leveraging of UFA’s digital assets including, website, customer portal, internal portals, email/text marketing and digital signage, ensuring that all digital assets adhere to brand standards, be an advocate for the consumer as it relates to user experience, visual design and visit engagement across all digital properties.
Working with IT, among other stakeholders, on developing a digital roadmap for future evolution.
Responsible for capital planning and budgetary control of all approved digital marketing initiative as per the road map.
Identify and execute opportunities to improve SEO efforts.
University Degree and/or Post-Graduate Diploma, preferably in Business Administration and Marketing.
8+ years of work experience in a Digital Marketing capacity. Minimum 3 years direct people management experience.
Experience with social advertising and paid digital advertising (i.e.: Facebook Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram ads). Experience working with Google Analytics. Strong knowledge across a wide range of social medial platforms.
Google AdWords Certification and proven experience developing SEO/SEM strategy
General software development experience with Dynamics, HTML5, CSS3, Google APIs, SAP4Hanna, Drupal.
Demonstrated experience establishing a digital strategy while collaborating across several teams, for multiple customers and various business partners.
Strong, hands-on analytical experience.
Experience in e-commerce and/or B2B lead generation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills as role will need to manage multiple projects.
Technical Acumen for website development projects.
