As a Marketing coordinator, you will be :

  • Responsible for overall online and social media presence of Bronte College.

-Maintain, update and implement the Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and other social media websites for Bronte College.

-Maintain, update, recommend existing and potential educational or related websites for online advertising and presence.

-Maintain and update all Bronte College websites.

  • Responsible for the overall local presence of Bronte College.

-Develop and execute marketing plans specifically for the local market.
-Maintain the recruitment partner list for the local market including recommending new

partners and reviewing annually. * Support the Marketing team.

-Perform market research and create reports.

-Inputting and updating information in the CRM system.

-Gather, maintain, write, edit, proof and distribute communications to Regional Managers, offices and recruitment partners.

-Prepare material, copy, banners and other material for fairs/shows.

-Maintain the overall schedule of worldwide fairs and Regional Managers. o Perform student and parent follow up.
-Assist with scheduling admission related appointments.
-Write, edit and proof recruitment partner handbook.

-Assist with preparation and updating of all admission packages. * Assist with overall promotional material.

-To gather, maintain, write, edit, update and proof marketing and advertising content. o To gather, maintain, write, edit, update and proof internal and external school

communications.
-Includes print, electronic, video and other medium.

  • Assist with and attend fairs

-Prepare all aspects of attending a fair including but not limited to contacting with the fair hosts, making payments, making bookings.
-Perform all booth preparations and booth take-down/clean-up.
-Arrange and/or perform transportation.
-Preparing information packages.
-Prepare flyers and brochures.
-Perform potential student and parent follow-ups.
-If not attending a fair, ensure the attendees are prepared for the fair.

  • Assist with and attend all open houses.

-Prepare all aspects of preparing for open houses including but not limited to liaising with all campuses, liaising with academic departments, liaising with the cafeteria for snacks, liaising with residence team for empty rooms, ensuring the building is clean and presentable, opening and closing classrooms to be shown.

-Prepare and update information packages.

-Perform potential student and parent follow-ups.

-Arrange for and give parent/student tours, testing and interviewing of potential students.

  • Participate in administrative staff job rotations.

-Learn and be able to perform other administrative positions. o Fill in for other administrative staff when away if required.

  • To complete any additional duties assigned by the Managing Director.
  • Minimum Requirements

-University degree or college diploma or equivalent working experience

-Understanding of basic web or html would be considered an asset

-Some related work experience is required

-Excellent command of the English language

-Advanced computer design skills

-Excellent communication skills

-Valid G level driver’s license

-Willing to travel.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday - 08:00 am to 04:00 pm (37.5 hours/week)

Contract Start Date : 16 December, 2019
Contract End Date : June 4, 2021
