In this role, the representative provides assistance related to prepaid services such as adding minutes on calling cards and offering first level technical support. On a day-to-day basis, our representatives are answering to customers from Canada's largest communication company.

What’s required to join the team?
Diagnose and execute technical troubleshooting for phone, internet and television
Takes pride in ensuring that customer needs and expectations are satisfied
Provide expert information or advice to customers on client’s products, services and offerings
Promote and sell products and services
Continuously improve product know-how

Qualifications and position requirements:
Effective communicator
Able to keep confidential information of the highest levels
Ability to work in a constantly changing computerized environment
Integrity and ethical work standards
Ability to follow complex instructions
Have good judgment
Analytical skills & problem solving wizard
Results oriented
Bilingual ( English & French) is required
High school diploma (completed)

Computer skills:
Ease with new technologies, fast typer on computer keyboard
Be comfortable with different web browsers (Explorer, Google Chrome)
Strong technical understanding of various operating systems: Windows&Macintosh
Microsoft Office Suite

Hourly wage: 16.25$ (includes a $1.75 premium on worked hours)
Other forms of compensation: Bonuses performance based
Number of hours per week: Between 37.5 and 40 hours
Bilingual, overnight and weekend premiums also available.
