Job Summary:
The CRM Expert is responsible for the planning of CRM across the year to deliver on our goal of personalized communications encouraging consumers to choose Volvo their next vehicle purchase and maintain positive relationships with our current Volvo customers.

This role reports to the Digital and CRM Manager in Volvo Canada and will be an integral role in our Volvo Canada Marketing team's success in 2020.

Primary Responsibilities:
Bring creativity by working as a micro in-house creative CRM agency for Volvo Canada developing flawless copy and creative for our CRM communications
Lead with a customer-first approach to communications plan and audience segmentation
Collaborate with all marketing channels and customer experience initiatives to drive a cohesive experience for Volvo drivers current and future.
Build content and communications calendar for the year (updated monthly) that will support all business areas from new cars, certified pre-owned, service, parts and retailer communications to deliver on our communications and business goals
Determine the optimal balance of CRM communication channels across email, social and mobile
Live the Volvo brand in your copy and creative development
Maximize the opportunity to leverage Salesforce
Analyze the CRM KPIs, contactable reach & data cleanliness, and look for opportunities for A/B testing
Confidently and with independence, deliver on both the business needs of today and the long-term growth plans with your CRM plan

Key Competencies/Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
3-5 years of CRM experience in copy and creative development
Experience in developing and deploying effective and efficient email and social communications
Experience in using first-party customer data and the goal of zero party data
Experience in CRM analytics
Positive and collaborative approach to delivering on business and marketing goals
Confidence in working independently and presenting your CRM successes and opportunities to the Management Team monthly
Experience in using campaign management tools such as Salesforce DMP/Marketing Cloud is advantageous
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take on responsibility and work well under deadlines
Bilingual is ideal
Passion for the Volvo brand
Experience in the auto industry is not a requirement
