Looking to hire someone for Parts look up, Purchasing and Receiving in the Equipment Rental Company industry:
-Look up parts required for service department and also over the counter customer sales
-Ensure purchase orders are placed and receive inventory into the building for all departments
-Enter product into the management software
-Help in all departments when rental and sales are in need. Delivery of rental equipment and also receiving units back when needed.
-Invoicing of customers product when needed
-Monitoring of inventory levels.
-Be proactive in communicating with special problem situations.
-Assist in creating and drafting processes and policies for the department.
-Commit to ensuring a safe work space for employees within the parts department.
