Elite Academic School is looking for a program manager to start high school credit course program.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with principal/vice principal on the part time credit course program.
Outreach to high schools and community-based organizations to solicit nominations for part - time credit course program.
Manage presentations, workshops and information sessions for prospective students/families.
Coordinate part time cerdit course assessment days.
Increase student enrollment.

Desired Experience and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to take initiative, capacity to work independently as part of an intra- and inter-organizational team and multi-tasking proficiency.
Experience and demonstrated understanding of Grade 9-Grade 12 environments.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
Experience working directly with communities, high school student is strongly desired.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with a focus on working with youth, families and/or schools.
Great team player with a strong conviction in the power of collaboration in a small staff setting.
Mandarin, Korean, Russian, Japaness language skills highly preferred.
Experience with processes of application, admission, and financial aid in educational settings preferred.
