This position is already filled for our 2019 season.
This position will be the first point of contact for our customers and you will be required to reassure guests of the zipline in a fun, professional way.
Responsibilities within this role include: welcoming guests, creating tour bookings, guest check-in, answer the phone, sell merchandise, cash outs and create a great experience for customers.
Guest Services Skills and Qualifications
Must have High school diploma or general education degree
Candidates must be 19+ years old
Valid class 4 driver's license is an asset
Provide personal service that exceeds guest's expectations
Follow all procedures when booking and checking in guests, including financial transactions and recording guest information
Ability to utilize our computer software
General upkeep of office
Ability to handle a high-paced work environment
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Decision making skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Proactive approach to duties
Positive attitude towards constructive feedback
Cash out experience is an asset
Two hire on start dates beginning of May or mid-June.
May - mid June typically 30 hours a week, mostly weekends with two or three days off during the week days.
End of June - September long weekend approximately 40 hours per week, 4 days on, 4 days off schedule with roughly 10 hour shifts.
For employees whose contract continues after September long weekend, approximately 30 hours a week, mostly weekends with two or three days off during the week days.
