HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Managing Partner Facilities – You will be responsible for directing, aligning and coordinating supply strategies for multiple Co-manufacturers and Co-packers to deliver sustainable operations results meeting Canada business requirements. You will be accountable for Co-manufacturers / Co-packers Canadian Finished Goods product supply within cash flow targets while meeting customer service fill rates
Building Our Network – You will on-board new Co-manufacturers and Co-packers to meet Kellogg Canada working standards i.e.) Reporting of production, reporting of shipments, schedule adherence, on-hand inventories of raw materials and packaging. In building new relationships, you will request for Proposals/Pricing and Contract negotiation with Co-manufacturers and Co-packers
Owning Metrics & Strategic Direction – You will be reviewing and managing customer metrics of Case-fill, On-time delivery, and lead-time and minimum order quantities for Co-manufacturers and Co-packers to ensure meeting Canadian business requirements. You will be responsible for facilitating and contributing to creating future Co-manufacturing and Co-packing strategies to meet ever changing consumer needs
Budget Management – You will review cost and service options for Co-manufacturing and Co-packing network and make decisions that drive sustainable profitability and effectiveness
People Development – You will be managing the Innovation Project Managers, Innovation Packaging Tech and Packaging Material Coordinator. You will provide leadership, employee development, PDP reviews and training to create and maintain a safe, secure, positive working environment. You will build a succession plan for key jobs in an evolving organization
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Consistently demonstrated analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation, coaching, and leadership skills
3-5 years strong related experience
Project Management and Financial/Budgeting skills experience are essential to effectively organize strategies
University undergraduate degree in business administration or related field and strong related experience
Strong experience in logistics management and manufacturing experience in packaged goods industry
Thorough knowledge of Co-packing and Co-manufacturing operations as well as sound understanding of IT systems
