The Finishing Screen Print Operator is responsible for the following activities:

* Set-up, operation and troubleshooting of decorating machines and equipment that print single or multicolored pictures, logos or designs onto mudflaps

* Handling, mixing, working with UV inks, solvents, and additives

* Work methodically and intelligently through adjustments in standard set-ups to produce required results

* Product packaging and proper identification

Qualifications:

* previous experience in the printing industry/environment, setting up, operating, trouble shooting or multiple machines, screen printing, decorating line, hand screener, hot stamper, automatic die cutter presses, dark room

* Mechanical aptitude

* Physical coordination

* A history of quality workmanship, attention to detail

* Ability to read drawings, follow written instructions

* Ability to use measuring equipment (tape measure/caliper/micrometer)

* Forklift license/experience

* Strong math and computer skills

* Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced manufacturing environment

* Great organizational skills

* Ability to follow workflow & schedules

* Energetic, punctual, reliable and able to work as a team player

* Ability to work in an environment with frequently changing dynamics

Shifts - 12 hr continental day shift - 7 am - 7 pm - 1 week working 3 shifts - 36 hours and the following week working 4 shifts - 48 hours, requirement to work every other weekend, working approximately 14 days in the month

SIGNING BONUS for those candidates with 3+ years of experience in the printing industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.36 to $21.88 /hour
