The Opportunity

We are looking for a content specialist to work with our Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, and Lead Trainer to develop compelling content for our prospects and clients, with a particular focus on video-based training and marketing content.

As a content specialist, you will design and develop training and marketing materials that clearly communicate the value of the Ocean Platform to new users. You will work with our trainer to identify training topics, develop scripts, and create visually compelling product demos and training materials. You will also play a key role in updating both print and digital marketing materials with new branding and content.

You should have a strong sense of design, a knack for pulling together compelling copy, and an affinity for both technology and healthcare.
What you will be doing:

  • Producing regular, helpful training and marketing content that will appear on our website, support portal, blog, newsletters, and social media channels
  • Manage a video creation program for both sales demos and training videos, including overseeing script development, storyboarding, screenrecording, and voiceover work
  • Working closely with our in-house Graphic Designer to ensure brand consistency while updating existing print and digital assets
  • Support our Graphic Designer on website development
  • Provide digital assets that can be used by the executive team in presentations
  • Work closely with our Marketing Manager to transform customer stories into visually compelling case studies for print and web

Ideal Qualifications (Education & Experience)

  • 2-3 years experience in marketing and/or design, including video creation
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CC), with experience working with InDesign
  • Experience in healthcare and/or technology is an asset
  • Proficiency in written french is an asset

Salary: $48,653.00 to $59,465.00 /year
