We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As an SDR, you are the first point of contact for all of Talcura’s sales efforts. You’ll generate demand, interest, and excitement for Lever’s product while partnering to create a steady pipeline of business to arm your counterparts on the Account Executive team. You’ll actively contribute to our revenue while learning the ropes of a growth-stage startup and the in and outs of sales.
We believe the Sales Development Representative role is one of the best ways to get your foot in the door at a leading startup. We invest in and train our team, manage teams of their own, run implementations for new customers, and own marketing analytics for the entire company.
Talcura's sales team is seasoned salespeople, whip-smart new grads, and even a few former recruiters. We are charged with kicking off conversations with qualified leads and working with companies of all kinds, from tech startups to world-famous traveling circuses and global non-profits to help them make hiring more strategic, collaborative, and human.
Post-Secondary Education or equivalent experience. is required
Strong communication skills
Highly responsible, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Understanding and interest in sales and driving revenue.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, and Excel) & Google Apps
Sales background in technology is considered asset
Salesforce or CRM experience also considered an asset
