Overview of Responsibilities:

Provide customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. Help customers with complaints and questions.

This role includes communication and assistance to the manufacturing and shipping department to facilitate the organized handling of the goods produced and shipped each day. You are to take an active role in the quality assurance, preparation for manufacturing and prioritization of work based on the clients requirements.

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High ethical standards when dealing with customers
  • Following procedures while maintaining an ear to client needs
  • Working with the team to ensure strong communication on issues
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and quick learner of new software
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Able to handle high volume call center
  • Review orders leaving the facility to ensure accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
