As an Account Sales Executive at Myplanet you will report to our Director, Account Services as you work with current and prospective customers to turn opportunities into planned design and development projects. You'll lead roadmap planning and various design and strategic workshops, quarterly business reviews, and project check-ins as a trusted advisor to our clients, using your ability to build strong relationships and establish trust to ensure ongoing success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Account Services team to bring opportunities through our sales process, including pitch and SOW development
  • Contribute to and maintain account plans, helping with existing customer growth and building relationships across departments
  • Manage existing accounts, developing and expanding our relationships with clients and serving as point of first contact for them within Myplanet
  • Maintain close working relationships with production teams to support delivery of work according to scope and with a high degree of quality
  • Review team delivery implementations to ensure alignment to vision and goals, including that the solution meets identified success criteria / KPIs
Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to scope, pitch, and close business with enterprise customers
  • 7+ industry experience in enterprise software services with minimum 3 years experience in a sales-related function
  • Ability to travel to meet customers, partners and our community

You will also be measured using our 360-degree system (a combination of peer and supervisor feedback) and through evaluation of responsibility fulfillment.
