The Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) channel team is a fast-paced and growing residential sales team that is at the forefront of innovation for TELUS’ go-to-market team.
Our D2C enablement team focuses on arming our sales teams with the tools, processes and training to enable a superior customer experience and deliver on sales and marketing targets for TELUS. We’re a dynamic team that is passionate about leveraging the Salesforce.com platform to transform channel operations through new innovative ideas and operational excellence.

Working within a team focused on creating a culture of business ownership, you will be empowered to make decisions, drive strategy and innovate the D2C channel.
You will collaborate with business partners to develop and integrate our complex enterprise Salesforce environment, continually delivering business value and improving the end-user experience
You’ll play a key role in the development of customized and Out of the Box solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions, actively supporting our sales teams, ensuring that the team is properly enabled to drive TELUS strategies and hit aggressive targets through system efficiency

Using your Salesforce expertise, you’ll manipulate, configure and create components in Salesforce, helping to enhance and develop new CRM functionality and support applications on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform
You’re passionate about improving the user experience by applying best practices, performing usability testing, collecting user input and assessing industry trends in the marketplace
Working with business stakeholders, you’ll identify and develop solutions to automate complex business processes and assist developers with design, development, testing and implementation of new CRM functionality and system integration
With persistence and attention to detail, you’ll participate in design and code reviews to help promote consistent quality coding practices and standards, as well as constructively improve secure coding

You have exceptional communication skills and have a knack for connecting with customers at a technical, business and personal level
Technical Knowledge and Experience
You have a minimum 4 years' extensive experience as a Salesforce administrator experience with Salesforce CRM, and have demonstrate a desire to expand your developer skills
Experience merging, mass updating and importing data using import wizards (ex. Data Loader etc)
Minimum of 1 year experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform which should include: Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework
Some experience with APEX, Visualforce, Eclipse
Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification
Experience with Informatica or other ETLs
