Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
adidas Canada Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager Performance Marketing. Their objective is to drive quality traffic to adidas Canada eComm and DTC businesses. Converting this traffic to customers is key while maintaining a high return on ad spend.
Drive quality traffic to websites with efficient and effective channel spend resulting in strong ROAS
Deliver regular KPI reports, insights and improvement recommendations
Support the analysis of A/B tests and drive innovative marketing techniques
Coordinate the execution of performance campaigns from beginning to end, including management of project timelines, arranging content creation, ongoing program optimizations and campaign reporting
Manage day-to-day relationship with media agency to deliver programs on time, within budget and with top results
Collaborate closely with eComm, DTC and Brand Comm teams to ensure we go to market with consistent messaging, engaging content and positioned to win
Work directly with paid search agency to ensure all campaigns are live and up to date.
Optimize and audit all current search campaigns on a regular basis to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
Develop efficient social media advertising campaigns driving traffic and sales on eCommerce websites.
Explore new ways to reach, engage and connect with social communities through innovative social media marketing.
Manage retargeting layer in social media to convert prospective customers
Affiliate Channel Advertising
Manage the affiliate channel focusing on driving sales through premium affiliate partners and specific discount and loyalty channels.
Through reporting and trend analysis find effective ways to drive efficient spend resulting in strong ROAS.
Programmatic & Display Advertising
Execution and analysis of display advertising campaigns that drive exposure to adidas brand and products
Work closely with our programmatic and display agencies and provide optimisation and retargeting direction
Identify market trends and assist in shaping the programmatic and display advertising digital marketing strategy
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong relationship building and collaboration to influence decision making
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to organize and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth.
A passion for online marketing and eCommerce, willing to learn and stay informed on the latest trends.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field.
2-3 years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably with a B2C eCommerce brand is a plus.
Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google AdWords, Google Webmaster Tools, Adobe Omniture, Facebook Ad Manager).
English Language is must and French proficiency is an asset.
