As the Learning and Development Specialist at Finger Food Advanced Technology Group, you will work with the People and Culture team to develop and facilitate L&D in an ever-growing organization. You will focus your time on supporting the People and Culture team at various tasks such as on-boarding, skills development, team development, and curriculum maintenance. You will flourish with the success of the training programs you create and execute.
Create and deploy appropriate content
Implement and evaluate learning programs across the business
Ensure the successful execution of training programs and ongoing maintenance of curriculums to keep them current
Build training in multiple formats including eModules, Webinars, Social Learning and Peer Training
Research, develop, and deliver training and tools to support the business needs
Provide education, consultation, guidance and support on curriculum design
At least 7 years of L&D experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Certification in Insights, 360 feedback, and/or other leadership and development diagnostic tools
Expertise in instructional design, delivery and evaluation methods for individuals and groups
Excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding computer skills in GSuite, MS Excel, and other Training Systems
Strict adherence to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
