The Loyalty team is responsible for growing our best-in-class PC Optimum program, which currently reaches millions of customers across Canada. To keep the program humming, we are seeking a mega star, loyalty obsessed Sr Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the PC Optimum strategy across the enterprise, working with cross functional teams to uncover opportunities to strengthen our customer experience.

What You’ll Do

You’ve got attitude - the right kind. This role requires you to be nimble as we change with our customers’ needs. As both a data fanatic and a creative visual presenter, you’ll be asked to conduct ad hoc reporting on the program, and immerse yourself in a deep understanding of our customer. A week with us might include:

Developing reports and conducting analysis to support Loyalty initiatives
Digesting quantitative and qualitative insights about our members and finding creative ways to strengthen their experience with the program
Collaborating with cross functional teams to rally everyone around a shared goal
Lead customer presentations and business reviews using analytics, insights and visual presentation skills

What You’ll Need:
2- 3 yrs experience with data analytics, with an ability to work independently as a loyalty insights subject matter expert and strong storytelling skills
University degree in Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
The ability to collect data, define problems, form complex queries, establish facts and draw valid and actionable conclusions (Good understanding of SQL; familiarity with R , Python)
Excellent communication skills. You write well. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you’re comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone
The motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools
Sensational organization skills. You thrive on everything having a place and keeping the team accountable and on track
The people skills required to work with and influence cross functional teams
Passion for problem solving. You like taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions. You don’t get flustered easily. If you don’t know the answer, you’ll dig until you find it
A talent for detail. As far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, every single time. You stay focused and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch

This position is based out of 1 University Avenue, but may require being at other corporate offices as needed.
