Our newest Executive Club Meadowvale at the Hilton Meadowvale Hotel (6750 Mississauga Rd), is looking for a fitness enthusiast to join their sales team as a Membership Advisor. This beautiful club is a pleasure to work at and to workout in! *This role requires min. 2 years of successful commissioned sales experience and is suitable for those comfortable with performance-based pay. Fitness sales experience is not required.

Fitness Membership Consultant Objectives:

  • Solicit and prospect for new members and referrals
  • Build rapport and relationships with members and prospective members. Provide all potential members with an amazing experience and first impression, what we call the Wynn Difference
  • Respond to and qualify incoming web free trial passes as well as phone inquiries
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up to increase customer interest in our facility and programs
  • Achieve monthly sales quota and ancillary sale conversions


  • A minimum of 2 years commission-based or outside sales experience
  • Good work ethic and high integrity
  • Energetic and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and service skills
  • Effective team player that is also a confidant self-starter and can work well independently
  • Disciplined, self-motivated, independent, organized, results driven professional
  • Able to identify customer needs, deliver a presentation meeting those needs and close the sale
  • Strong lead generation skills, able to make discovery calls and qualify new customers
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully perform outreach activities that generate leads and referrals
  • Knowledge of fitness industry and experience selling memberships is an asset
  • Successful experience in outside/corporate sales also an asset
  • Ability to work some evenings, Saturdays and some holidays
