Our Marketing and Sales team drives and enables PwC Ventures to market software solutions across a range of business models, buyer profiles and industries. We build and execute go-to-market strategies and execution plans for all products launched in the New Ventures portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Marketing Senior Manager, the Marketing Specialist will provide support in the areas of product marketing, internal and external communications, market research, working with Design and Digital, online content management, database management and other market-positioning activities. Marketing Specialists must work well in a team setting, have the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends, function in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, be comfortable interacting directly with senior level executives.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The Marketing Specialist will provide a full range of strategic marketing services that align with the strategic and business priorities of PwC and Ventures. Responsibilities include:

Working closely with the Ventures Senior Marketing Manager and the Marketing and Sales group to execute marketing initiatives that align to the Ventures product portfolio strategy and overall strategic plan

Collaborating with Ventures Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams and develop strategies and execute against them for new product launches, product adoption campaigns, and other product-focused campaigns

Assisting and managing product collateral to facilitate demand generation, sales and outreach initiatives

Assisting research, development, and maintenance of customer and user personas

Ability to apply, review and edit materials to ensure content produced is of high quality, with consistent use of PwC guidelines applied throughout all written and oral communications

Working with the Ventures team to develop timely and integrated media campaigns

Communicating regularly with colleagues in the Marketing and Sales group to provide updates on projects, lessons learned and create a cohesive go-to-market approach

Ability to draft content for a variety of internal and external communications, digital and print advertising

Requirements:
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
5+ years career experience (marketing, public relations, communications)
Excellent understanding of marketing as a competency and ability to develop others
Superior time management and organizational skills to manage timelines as well as balance Coordinator duties along with additional expectations
Ability to develop and communicate marketing strategy and plans
Excellent problem solving skills and high level of attention to detail
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of event planning
Strong project and change management
Excellent organization skills and time management, ability to prioritize with multiple and complex demands
Ability to work within Google, Microsoft and utilizing technical tools such as Salesforce, and Google suite including Docs, Slides, and Sheets
Exceptional interpersonal skills – the candidate must be able to interact successfully with all levels of staff, leaders, partners, and clients with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. The candidate must demonstrate a willingness to share knowledge, mentor and train members of our team
