JSG Professional Services is currently looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator for a 1-year contract in Calgary, AB.
Administer in-person compliance training in SuccessFactors by creating scheduled offerings, managing registrations, tracking attendance and processing completion records.
Manage in-person training logistics by arranging time with facilitators, scheduling dates, booking rooms, notifying participants as well as preparing attendance sheets and training materials, as required.
Maintain and track all compliance training records in the
Learning Management System (LMS), which includes following-up with personnel and leaders across the organization to ensure timely compliance training completion, and escalate, as required.
Provide support for the creation of engaging and effective online training by using Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate 360 applications
Provide support for managing online compliance training hosted by an external vendor (updating content, pilot testing, campaign roll-outs, issue management, etc.).
Provide first level support to all compliance training inquiries via ServiceNow internal IT tool.
Maintain paper and electronic filing systems (Shared Drive, SharePoint, iRIMS).
Act as backup to other Analysts in the business unit.
Complete other tasks as required.

Ability to work both in a collaborative team environment, and individually.
Advanced computer skills, including solid knowledge of Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio and SharePoint.
Experience using virtual collaboration tools such as MS Teams and WebEx.
Demonstrated experience working with training applications such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, and experience with LMS platforms (SuccessFactors).
Ability to adapt quickly to changing deadlines and conflicting priorities.
Strong enthusiasm and willingness to learn, problem solve, meet deadlines and accomplish tasks.
Relevant post-secondary education is required (Adult Education, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field).
Minimum 5 years of related experience.
