Position Overview :

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support consultants in human resources projects;
  • Enter and analyze data received from clients;
  • Prepare project reports and deliverables;
  • Ensure the quality control process for all invoicing;
  • Monitor the budgets of the various projects;
  • Draft service proposals occasionally;
  • Coordinate the internal quality control process for project deliverables;
  • Collaborate with the Administrative Assistant to open and close clients and engagements;
  • Accompany consultants to special events, as required.

  • DEC in Administration or certificate in Administration, Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations;
  • 1 year of relevant experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Bilingualism: Fluency in English and strong knowledge of French (written and spoken).
