- Receive, log and distribute incoming mail according to procedures.
- Prepare correspondence, invoices and sales report.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with clients.
- General clerical duties: filing, faxing, answering phone calls and taking messages, etc.
- Order supplies and materials, arrange deliveries and make payments.
- Provide updates on customers’ orders.
- Greet visitors, ascertain nature of the business and provide them with support.
- Create and maintain client data base.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Wages: $ 25.00/hr based on 40 hrs a week
