As a Quality focused Training/Learning Specialist, you will deliver training both in person, virtual learning environments, aligning to evolving business, customer and team needs. You are proactive, innovative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Here’s how
Deliver training to existing and new hire for Pharmacy/Physician Solutions teams – Software and hardware
Develop and modify learning content to ensure ease in delivery and audience ability to retain information
Leverage Voice of the customer feedback to support in training content and process updates
Communicate to all levels of internal teams from team members to senior leadership, sharing for performance insights in correlation to training delivery
Receive and collaborate with team managers to align training content to team/departmental performance opportunities
Develop engaging training content, to include varied modalities (on line learning, in class etc.)
Collaborate with Team Managers/Ops Manager to support added support requirements in front line developmental success
Oversee New Process introductions and change management to front line team members
Other assigned projects as assigned by Operations Manager
Develop and measure for learning success for all trained modules
Qualifications

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
2+ years demonstrated experience in Coaching and Training
Past experience or education in adult instruction training
Experience in instructional design
Experience related to Information Technology (IT) applications used in health care
Demonstrated Customer’s First Focus
Excellent spoken and written communication skills as applicable to teaching methods, engagement and retention of learning
Knowledge of clinical workflow to provide the client with informed consulting services and to positively and effectively manage change at the clinic
Excellent problem-solving, organization and time management skills
Excellent ability to use various virtual technology tools to share information
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Ability to respond quickly in a fast-changing environment
A meticulous eye for the finer details
Empathetic approach in order to identify clients’ needs and adapt to diverse clienteles
Goal-oriented approach and ability to work independently
Ability to compose clear, concise and effective training documents
Advanced familiarity/demonstrated experience assessing workflow diagrams, creating documentation, presenting applications, etc
