First Reference (www.firstreference.com), established in 1995, is a leading publisher of payroll and employment law and internal controls, is searching for a Senior Salesperson to join our sales team to sell our new SaaS product.
This is a work from home or office position. You have extensive experience selling software and achieving excellent results and can work independently.
What is the job?
Calling and responding to warm and cold leads
Demonstrating cloud-based software
Managing the sales funnel from lead to close
Daily and weekly sales reports and monthly sales forecasts
Continual learning of product and software knowledge
Reporting customer feedback about the sales process and our products
What do you bring to the table?
5+ years sales experience
Ability to listen and understand people’s needs
Proven ability to close over the phone
Strong communication skills
Excellent time management
Analytical and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills
