We are looking for General Farm Labourers for Seasonal Full Time positions for 2020. Applicants must be willing to work at this physically demanding job in all weather conditions at our vineyards located in Niagara-on-the-Lake and Jordan for a minimum of 40 hours per week. Applicants must be available to start March 2020. Wage range is $14 to $17.50 per hour depending on the skill requirements of duties performed.
The primary duty of this position is manual general vineyard labour and may include some tractor and equipment operations for candidates willing to on take these duties that require more skill. Training will be provided.
Tasks include vine, canopy and fruit management, weed, disease and pest control, soil management, planting and young vine maintenance, harvesting, vineyard and trellis maintenance.
No education required
Experience is an asset, but is not required.
