Clear Spider is looking for a highly creative and analytical individual to join our Marketing & Sales team as a Marketing Associate. You will work with marketers, salespeople, as well as software and website developers.

In this position, you will be engaged in key projects and initiatives to drive new revenues and improve marketing and sales processes. The leads you generate for our sales team will be organizations of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

We are looking for somebody with a can-do attitude, someone who wants to be innovative, and will take the extra steps necessary to develop the best content and designs. We are looking for someone who wants to craft the overall marketing strategy for a business, and see it through to get amazing results.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Marketing Associate at Clear Spider, you will become the subject matter expert in digital and online marketing for our organization. Your job responsibilities include the following:

Clear Spider Online Presence

  • Maintain and enhance the Clear Spider website by creating written and visual content, including the homepage, landing pages, and the blog
  • Improve website visitor conversion on landing pages, webpage forms, chatbots, and other funnels
  • Increase organic leads by growing our online presence through email nurturing campaigns, publisher outreach, and writing and managing our blog
  • Collaborate with third party agencies to improve our inbound and outbound lead generation efforts
  • Identify and develop new marketing campaigns and new customer acquisition channels
  • Grow social media presence through LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram

Content Creation

  • Develop creative and engaging marketing and sales materials such as whitepapers, thought leadership articles, infographics, case studies, and online advertisements
  • Strengthen the company's corporate brand by creating internal and external documents such as a branding package, style guide, and marketing strategy

Data and Analytics

  • Analyse and optimize lead generation channels such as paid ads, organic search, and other marketing campaigns
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and other sources of data to measure campaign performance and make data driven recommendations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of digital and online marketing experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
  • Past experience creating promotional marketing and sales materials
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High quality and quantity of work in completing assigned tasks and individual projects
  • Strong performance working with others on group projects
  • A positive attitude towards identifying and addressing areas of improvement
  • Strong desire to learn about all aspects of B2B marketing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with WordPress, blogging, and social media
  • Experience with data and analytics
  • Experience with design and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in the software or IT industry
  • Knowledge and experience in operations, inventory management, or supply chain

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Even though we are a software company, this job does not require any software development or coding. While this position is with the sales and marketing team, there will be no cold-calling required, as most of our leads come to us through inbound marketing channels, and you will be focused on the marketing side of the business. You may interact with businesses who are currently using Clear Spider as part of their day-to-day operations.

This position is also referred to as: Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Representative, Marketing Specialist, Marketing Strategist.
