Amazing opportunity for a Marketing Automation Manager!! You will play a pivotal role by taking ownership of and managing HubSpot, our marketing automation platform. You will work in collaboration in a growth marketing team generating leads from executing high-volume email marketing campaigns. Your major areas of accountability will include developing and executing email programs that support our marketing efforts, ensuring database cleanliness, optimizing campaign performance and implementing testing strategies. You’ll also monitor and drive key metrics, including open, click-through and conversion rates, as well as regularly improve acquisition, activation and engagement metrics.
You will generate leads from executing high-volume email marketing campaigns within HubSpot
You will deliver cross-team email communication campaigns with tracking and reporting
You will ensure marketing lead data integrity including data compliance and scalability
You will develop, maintain, test ongoing lead scoring initiatives that impact sales pipeline
You will work in collaboration with our sales team to ensure optimal data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce
You will report and track all marketing campaign performance using KPIs and provide recommendations
Develop, build, launch and maintain email campaigns and marketing automation programs, including audience segmentation, lead qualification and lead nurturing
Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
Create email designs compatible with multi-channel engagement, including responsive design, HTML and text
You have a minimum of 2 years of direct marketing automation experience.
You have B2B lead nurturing experience with a track record of success
You have strong attention to detail with a strong sense of curiosity
Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization
Technical acumen specific to direct e-mail programs – email and landing page coding/development
HTML, CSS and Salesforce experience helpful
