The Digital Design and Production Directorate in the Public Affairs Branch contributes to efficient and effective services that Canadians can easily use for tax and benefit purposes.

We are searching for Project Coordinators (SP0176) in:
Print and supply
Digital Design and Production Directorate (DDPD) provides digital and print media publishing advice, products, and services, in line with the CRA’s and GC’s strategic direction. DDPD manages the CRA’s requirements for 3 major streams of printing: Print products, Print to mail and Alternate format.
The Print and Supply Management coordinator would have an oversight or coordinate projects in the alternate formats, correspondence design, inventory management, print to mail and printing and scheduling streams. The project coordinator would support the manager and employees on a daily basis.

Wellness and events planning
Support employees across the directorate by designing, delivering, and measuring progress through events and activities that enhance the quality of the workplace. Engage with like-minded individuals and groups elsewhere in the CRA, GC, and private sector to build and utilize best practices in wellness and events planning.

Form design
Applicant must have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous design experience is an asset with a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Applicant must also demonstrate the ability to effectively interact internally and externally with stakeholders on a daily basis with an attention to detail and often under tight deadlines.

As well as Public Affairs advisors (SP0351) for:
User Experience (UX) research and design specialists perform a number of critical roles at the CRA including creating journey maps, performing persona and other research, heuristic evaluations, building prototypes and user testing and analysis.
Partner engagement, where you will be part of a highly collaborative team that works with our partners across the CRA to ensure valuable digital design and production services are a strategic part of program delivery, and issues are dealt with effectively and rapidly .

And business analysts (SP0716) who:
Work with stakeholders across the directorate and beyond, to elicit, understand, and recommend improvements and enhancements to meet their business requirements.

Experience

Have experience in:
the coordination and delivery of project activities involving a variety of stakeholders.
collaborating with a variety of internal or external stakeholders to advise on complex** issues.
providing advice and recommendations to management to support planning, strategy development or decision-making.
preparing and presenting documents (e.g., reports, briefings, presentations) on complex** issues to management.

  • Experience is normally associated with the performance of these functions as part of the major job duties accomplished for a period of 12 cumulative months within the last 5 years.
**Complex is defined as multi-dimensional, multi-stakeholder and with tangible outcomes
