We are looking for a part-time Administrative Superstar (aka Sales Coordinator) to join our team, working 3 afternoons per week, and the occasional Saturday or Sunday as required.

As the Administrative Superstar you will be the right (and left) hand man or woman providing admin support to the reservations and guest experience team. You’ll be used to using a CRM, juggling tasks and keeping cool under pressure. You will complete, confirm and re-confirm all guests requests and make sure guests have everything confirmed in advance of their stay. Our guests' dream vacations hinge on your attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to think on your feet.

What will I be doing?

Processing lift ticket, ski rental, and lesson orders
Completing activity and transfer bookings
Making restaurant reservations
Creating guest itineraries
Processing payments and sending confirmations and statements
Supporting our Travel Consultants by answering guest inquiries with timely and tailored responses by email and phone
Liaising with guests prior to arrival regarding check-in procedures

What are we looking for?

Smart with proven admin experience, previous travel industry experience a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, you have the ability to multitask using different systems.
Sharp and computer-savvy (we're not talking about Facebook and Snapchat). You are able to learn different software systems quickly.
Able to solve problems quickly under pressure, while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
Comfortable and eager to connect with guests by phone with a highly polished phone manner
