BTNX is seeking a Technical Associate to provide timely, consistent and excellent technical service that exceeds our customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities
Provides technical support to customers by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding customer through corrective steps
Performs investigation of product non-conformance/complaints
Responsible for performance studies on new medical devices
Performs quality control testing on finished products
Develops a profound understanding of BTNX products
Liaises with internal and external groups on quality-related issues
Reviews certificates of analysis, quality control reports or other technical documents
Creates and reviews product inserts, technical files and training materials
Follows established Quality Management standards and regulatory requirements
Represents BTNX in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with customers
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or MSc (preferred) in relevant field
Toxicology training/experience strongly preferred
0-3 years’ experience in biotechnology or medical device industry or related field
Experience working in a lab environment strongly preferred
Ability to solve problems quickly and pay close attention to detail
Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Excellent oral and written technical communication skills
Ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy
Ideal candidates can adapt easily to change, have the ability to think logically, be a problem solver, communicate effectively and professionally and follow process documentation closely
