The Manager, Partner Marketing will oversee marketing campaigns to support the success of our partnerships, working closely with WE 360 partners, WE's Partner Relations team, internal marketing channel teams, and external agency resources to ensure organizational and partner priorities are achieved. Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver on innovative and intelligent marketing strategies that deliver high-impact results for WE and our partners, across all marketing and communications channels.
Work directly with partners to clearly understand business needs and CSR positioning
Lead partner campaign marketing strategy and planning, in collaboration with your Director and Head.
Work with Partner Relations and Marcom 360 teams to ensure successful execution of partner campaigns across creative services, social media, digital and PR.
Accountable for defining and achieving campaign KPIs, regularly reporting on results and pivoting when required to drive success for WE and our partners
Seek out opportunities to strengthen and grow WE 360 partnerships through mutually beneficial marketing and brand-building initiative
Qualifications and Skills
4+ years of experience in a marketing/agency environment
Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding marketing strategy
Strategic thinker who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a crossfunctional environment
Self-starter, detail and task oriented, highly organized, with a customer and results-oriented attitude
Excellent presentation skills, using excellent verbal and written skills and a confident and effective presentation style
Comfortable interacting closely with upper management internally, and presenting and working with external partners at all levels, including C-Suite
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Outstanding work ethic
Willingness and ability to think strategically while also diving in to get your hands dirty and execute when required
Ability to work across a diverse portfolio of partners
Strong personal why and sense of self
