We are looking for a Full time Marketing Assistant who is passionate about helping clients with their professional needs. The successful candidate will participate with administrative support for the office. They will operate independently in a way that upholds the values of the office and provides support to the whole team in an enjoyable workplace.

  • In charge of client support line(email/phone)and handle all general support inquiries
  • Add, coordinate and manage data entries on website and ensure they’re up-to-date
  • Create and schedule email marketing
  • Post social media posts on different platforms(FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Coordinate all tasks related to advertisement
  • Collect clients' website content
  • Check website content and functionality
  • Set up appointments for website previews
  • Set up forms on clients’ websites and assist with other setup as needed
  • Provide training to clients on using backend of website * Keep track of clients’ website and answer all inquiries
  • Coordinate/assist as needed with other team members
  • Find ways to increase customer satisfaction and engage in customer appreciation initiatives
  • Other tasks assigned by management
  • Membership sales

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $38,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Social Media Marketing: 2 years (Required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (Preferred)
