Job Description & Summary
A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.
Our Digital and Web Marketing team helps create engaging and interactive marketing materials in the digital and web space. As part of the team, you’ll help us with digital marketing campaigns, google analytics, social advertising, graphic design or a variety of other digital marketing tasks.

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include:
Manage enterprise sized website and ensure quality and prescribed standards for pwc.com are maintained and conduct content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in site content
Provide support to content publishers on best practices, training on functionality
Identify and raise technology gaps and requirements as surfaced team members and share Global best practices, tools & perspectives; and support network enablement for the PwC Canada web presence
Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience pwc.com/ca, inform automated processes or leverage alternative delivery development requests
Manage company CMS, working with developers, content publishers, designers and marketers to ensure it meets the needs of the organization
Assist the team to ensure delivery of CMS training; including identifying training needs opportunities for continuous improvement, and delivering ad-hoc training
Serve as SME to drive excellence and QA to ensure objectives and measurement are integrated
Serve as a consultant to determine the best use case deployment of existing and future web and digital platforms – including providing direct support and guidance to business-driven activities that are performed on www.pwc.com
Bring the customer experience to life on pwc.com/ca to help optimize the business’ ability to capture and measure engagement via tools and lifecycle support
Support execution of campaigns through informing tactics for go-to-market toolkits, which may include supporting tracking of Twitter, LinkedIn, online advertising, etc., and providing clarity to team members on engagement and online goal success
Execute strategic web priorities and digital platform enhancements – including raising areas for best practices training, platform adoption
Drive continuous improvement for all current and future web and strategic digital activities
Implement and identify requirements to inform development of online digital strategy
Act as project or change manager for smaller scale initiatives, which may include the testing of new technologies to determine their relevance to business objectives and funnel results for broader scale implementation.
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
5+ years experience in web development, experience in professional services firms, large corporations, or marketing consulting firms, agencies managing or large-firm clients in competitive environments; preferably in a web manager role is considered an asset
Post-secondary degree in web development, computer science, marketing, business, or a related discipline
Knowledge of Adobe AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Tag Manager
Demonstrated knowledge of W3C standards and WCAG 2.0
Extensive knowledge of Google analytics, analytics best practices and Google tag manager implementation
Extensive knowledge and experience using and implementing web CMS platforms and SEO software
Knowledge of and experience with marketing automation technologies and CRM a plus
Significant exposure to, and demonstrated ability with, enterprise content management system and building component-based websites
Solid understanding of client information needs and strong ability to develop and maintain successful relationships
Self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Adaptable and able to work within tight deadlines, showing flexibility
Good understanding of research skills, competitive analysis and analytics and the ability to assess business needs for how they tie into strategic plans
The ability to operate in a complex, matrix environment with a great degree of autonomy
