This role is critical to our organization because you would be the face of our company to the public when they want to find out about the gym and how we could help them with their health goals. You are the person that would help them feel welcome and create space for them to see how they could make fitness a part of their life at our gym.

Responsibilities:
  • Membership Sales - We use a proven system that helps our guest overcome their roadblocks to starting a fitness program. When used correctly, this system doesn't feel like sales at all - you are hired to inspire!
  • Gym Promotional Marketing - In addition to the paid advertising we do, there are creative things we do to reach out to local businesses.
  • Community Involvement - We love being a part of the local community. There are many opportunities to get outside the gym and promote our business.
Qualifications:
  • Three years of customer service and/or sales experience.
  • At least 19 years of age with a valid driver's license.
