Lead the Inventory Management unit while taking into consideration the company’s commitment to our seven Core Values such as Sustainability (people, the planet, and profit) in the planning and implementation of all actions related to your area of responsibility.
Periodically evaluate and manage inventory parameters (OPV, EBQ, Safety Stock, Time Fence, etc) to ensure alignment with management stocking policy
Continuously track, report and realign inventory parameters to achieve Inventory DOH/turns target as defined by management
Generate the monthly IBP supply deck
Proactively manage short-dated and expired items
Proactively create visibility on excess / expiring inventory (Raw, Bulk, FP) to Stakeholders to minimize write-offs
Liaise with Stakeholders for Donation Opportunities
Manage the Product Life Cycle ramp up/down of inventory to minimize write-offs
Track items and dollars approved for destruction and conduct weekly report-out
Create daily inventory tracking reports and identify reasons for major fluctuation
In collaboration with Supply Planners, conduct Root Cause Analysis for Out of Stock SKUs and implement Corrective Actions
Assist to drive alignment on service level targets and balance the cost of carrying inventory
Achieve Fill Rate Targets as defined by management
Identify and drive process improvements, including creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel/Power BI reports and dashboards
Relieve the Bulk Planning Supervisor

Requirements

Technical
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
5+ years of experience in Inventory Management, Production Planning or similar areas, preferably in pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage or other regulated industry
Excellent ERP, MRP, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
Attributes
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated experience managing complexity and change
