Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is currently seeking interested candidates for the position of Area Supervisor. This position reports to an Operations Manager and requires extensive travel to remote sites in Western Canada to support our remote accommodations and catering operations in the field. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the Civeo operations Team. This position is 20 days on, 10 days off rotation.

Key Responsibilities

Working with supervision and management to help provide services in a safe, efficient, and professional manner
Maintaining adherence to company and client site policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service
Ensuring all operations are maintained according to health, sanitation and safety standards by auditing and evaluating camp cleanliness, food quality, presentation and inventories
Conducting safety inspections and safety meetings as required
Ensuring camp paperwork is current and consistent with company policies
Addressing client concerns in a professional manner


Extensive food service and remote facility startup and shutdown experience
Post-secondary education in a related discipline, such as Hospitality or Operations
Minimum of 3-5 years management or supervisory experience in remote site accommodations
Provincially recognized Food Safety certification is required
Red Seal certificate in Trade of Cook preferred
ICS Level 200 is preferred
Self- motivation, adaptability, responsibility, tactfulness, and organization
Experience managing unionized locations
Effective leadership skills to manage, mentor and direct field personnel in both small and large facilities ranging from 30-600 guests
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective listening and proven time management skills
Excellent customer services skills/experience
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office products
Valid driver’s license, clean (5) year drivers abstract
