Job Description & Summary
A career in our Assurance Regulatory Risk and Quality Control practice, within Risk Assurance Compliance and Analytics services, will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict risk. Using advanced technology, we’re able to focus on establishing the right controls, processes and structures for our clients to ensure that decisions are based on accurate information and assure that information provided to third parties is accurate, complete, and can be trusted.
Our team helps monitor the overall regulatory environment, including interactions, data requests, communications and training around regulatory requirements. In joining, you’ll stay up to date on regulatory changes and provide our clients with the right resources to decrease their risk levels and maintain compliance.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include:
Completing detailed control testing
Attending interviews with process owners or Senior Executives
D rafting sections for audit reports
Building relationships with clients
Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance
Use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas
Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems within a collaborative team
Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in business area
Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing others
Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality, diverse relationships
Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
Minimum of 3 years experience in either internal or external audit
CIA and/or CPA designations or in final stages of completion
Strong experience in operational and compliance auditing
Experience with data analysis
Strong project and time management skills
Excellent communication (oral and written)
Bilingual (French) capability is an asset
A valid Federal Government security clearance or ability to obtain one is essential.
