Perennial is seeking a part time Condominium Building Maintenance Worker for Elizabeth Towers.
Physical Capabilities
- Frequently required to walk, reach, lift, stoop, knee, crouch, push and pull.
- Constantly stand, handle, use repetitive motions (hand/wrist/fingers).
- Work both indoors and outdoors.
Specific Responsibilities/Skills
- Assist with building maintenance, including but not limited to garbage disposal, sweeping/mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, etc.
- Assist with snow shoveling and snow blowing along with salting walkways.
- Assist with lawn mowing, clean up around building.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure adherence to established work and safety standards as well as related provincial and federal rules, regulations, and laws.
- Assist with any other duties as required.
Hours of Work
- Part-time hours of work between 8:00-5:00p.m., Monday to Friday
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED certificate (preferred).
- Ability to interact and communicate with professionalism and courtesy among clients, contractors and tenants, with a good written and verbal understanding of the English Language.
- Ability to multi-task multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities.
- Highly motivated with ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
