Compile data for weekly Regional Sales Manager report and conference calls from Sales
Work with customers in vacant territories until a Sale Professional is hired
Track accepted rate proposals and past due rate increases for Regional Sales Manager
Coordinate of all Regional Sales meetings
Compile and monitor budget results and spreadsheets per rep/month/quarter
Compile queries from sales reporting software as required
Track target and prospect accounts per sales professional
Help the Regional Sales Manager with administrative types functions and work with reps to ensure proper attention to customer issues, internal issues with other departments and
enhance sales productivity
Other duties may be assigned
Extensive experience with Google Suite Products, word pro and freelance graphics.
Past experience with marketing and/or customer service
Knowledge of transportation industry
Superior communication skills including verbal, written and presentation
Intuition and ability to solve problems
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Creative and innovative in creating presentations, reports and suggestions, and region efficiencies
Post-secondary education is an asset.
